How do I return an item?
There is a fourteen day return policy from the date of receipt on most items. Please review the item description prior to purchase to determine if an item is returnable. If an item is returnable please visit MyAccount and select “Return Items” in the “ My Orders” section for the item you would like to return. You will see a Request Return link that initiates the return process. All return items must be unused and shipped in the original packaging and include the original receipt, return authorization form, and the Certificate of Authenticity (if applicable). Shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer and an insured trackable shipping method is recommended.
How will I know when my return has been received?
After we receive your return and confirm that all items are in saleable condition, you will receive an email confirming as to the amount refunded to your original form of payment or credited to your account.
What if an item arrives damaged?
Insurance for the purchase price of the item is included in all shipping charges. In the remote event that a package is lost, or damaged on arrival, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
What if the item is not returnable?
If there is a problem with a non-returnable item you purchased, please contact email@example.com to initiate the issue resolution process.
