Jacks is a multi-faceted Southern California artist whose goal is to capture life in motion.  Museum exhibitions include:  Yosemite Museum, Yellowstone Museum, Coos Bay Museum (Oregon), Santa Paula Art Museum (California), Muckenthaler Cultural Center (California), Olaf Wieghorst Museum (California).  Publications include:  "Chicago Tribune", "Laguna Beach Magazine", "Outdoor Painter" Magazine, "Plein Air" Magazine.  The artist is a Member of the California Art Club and the American Impressionist Society.
