James Andrews (1801-1876) was an English Draughtsman, known for this botanical illustrations.  He created the illustrations for the 1854 book by noted nature writer, Sarah Bowdich Lee, "Trees, Plants, and Flowers: Their Beauties and Influences".  Andrew's work was exhibited at the Royal Academy.
