With over forty years as a professional artist, Jim Ellsberry's oil paintings span styles between representation and abstraction.  He is the recent Past-President of the Southern California Plein Air Painters Association and an Artist Member of the Laguna Plein Air Painters Association.  Notable exhibitions include:  Phippen Museum and the Scottsdale Artists' School (Arizona), Oil Painters of America National Juried Exhibition and a Solo Exhibition at the Madrona Marsh Nature Center (California).
